Booking & Check-In

• What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes! Based on availability you can check in early or late for $25. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• How do I check in?
We offer easy self-check-in with a unique door code sent to you on the day of arrival.

• What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund will be given minus $25 processing fee 7 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund will be given with notice 7 days to 48 hours prior to arrival. No refund will be given for cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of arrival.

• Do you require a deposit?
Not at this time.

Rooms & Amenities

• What amenities come with the room?
Each room includes mini-fridge, microwave, french press, hot water kettle, locally roasted coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap.

• Do you have family-friendly rooms?
Yes! Several of our rooms are designed for families, with extra space.

• Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this time.

• Is daily housekeeping included?
No. We do not come into your room unless you request a mid-stay cleaning for an additional $25. Fresh bath lines are provided mid-stay when requested.

• Are the beds comfortable?
Yes — we use hotel-grade mattresses, cozy duvets, and soft white linens.

Property Features

• What amenities are in the courtyard?
Our courtyard includes an outdoor fire pit, cozy seating areas, lawn games, chalk wall and seasonal activities.

• What amenities are in the patio?
We have picnic tables and umbrellas. We also host food trucks in this space throughout the month.

• How many rooms do you have?
We have two buildings on the property. The back building has 8 rooms, 7 of which are complete. The front building has 12 rooms and interior renovations have not been made to it yet. We are adding rooms to the listings as they are complete, working one room at a time.

Parking & Accessibility

• Is parking free?
Yes — we offer free on-site parking for all guests. However, parking is limited. We only provide 1 parking space per room. If you need more than 1 parking space, please reach out to us to make sure we can accommodate the extra vehicles during your stay.

• Is the property handicap accessible?
Several rooms are ground-level with easy access. However, we do not currently have any true handicap rooms. Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant and have a tub/shower combo.

Location & Things to Do

• Where is the motel located?
We are located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee just minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, the Amish community, David Crockett State Park, Laurel Hill Lake, disk golf, and family attractions like the Downtown Children’s Museum, Happy G’s golf simulator and several event venues. • What can we do nearby?

Policies

• Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking. A designated outdoor area is available.

• Do you allow parties or events?
We do not allow parties in rooms, but small gatherings in the courtyard are welcome during your stay. For a private party or event on site, send us an inquiry to

• What are quiet hours?
10 PM – 7 AM.
